By booking with BResidence, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations & Payment

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit/debit card or full payment upon check-in.

Accepted payment methods: cash or credit/debit cards.

Prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees and may change without prior notice.

2. Identification
​

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (the same used for booking) upon check-in.
​
3. Children & Extra Beds
​

Children of all ages are welcome.

Extra beds or cots may be available on request, subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Check-in & Check-out
​

Standard check-in: 2:00 PM – 11:20 PM

Standard check-out: Until 12:00 PM
-
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (subject to availability).

5. Cancellations & No-Shows
​

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before arrival.

Cancellations made after this period or no-shows will be charged for the first night.

For cancellations, please notify us via WhatsApp.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.

BResidence is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

7. Guest Conduct
​

All guests must behave respectfully toward staff and fellow guests.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior without refund.
